At Perri Foia , we take pride in the quality of our exquisite craftsmanship. We provide a one-year guarantee that all of our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper handling.

Exchanges:

If you want to swap your piece out for something else, please contact us to initiate the exchange. Where possible we will help to facilitate this. Then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Please note that the item is returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. Faulty Item You receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer service team including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
